How do I pay for my order?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when your order is delivered to you.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is confirmed, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in major cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere in Pakistan.

How do I become a Member?

Open the Register page and choose "Join as Member". It is completely free, and you receive your personal referral link immediately.

How does the Seller / Student program work?

After paying a one-time registration fee of Rs 0, you receive a 2-day business training. You then earn Rs 300 commission on every delivered order placed through your referral link, plus monthly salary and bonuses when you reach your targets.

When do I receive my commission?

Commission is added to your dashboard once the referred order is delivered. Withdrawals are processed every 15 days and confirmed manually on WhatsApp.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel before the order is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order number.

What if my product is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement. See our Return Policy for details.
